Feel Calm, Confident, and Connected in the Water
Join the 8-Week Mindful Swimming Program
Starting Monday 3rd November 2025
A nurturing, guided program for adults who want to improve their swimming skills, boost their confidence, and reconnect with their breath and body in the water.
What to Expect
Each week, we’ll step into the serenity of the pool to practise:
Breathwork to anchor your body and mind
Floating, gliding, and gentle movement
Techniques that help you move with the water, not against it
A deep sense of calm and confidence, both in and out of the water
Whether you’re a nervous swimmer, stuck in old habits, or simply want to enjoy the water more — this course is for you.
Imagine stepping into the calm, welcoming waters of your very own sanctuary. With only a handful of other swimmers in our private 25-metre pool, you'll have ample space to breathe, swim, and reconnect with yourself. Each week, you'll have one full hour dedicated entirely to your self-care, a precious window of time to replenish your energy, soothe your mind, and rediscover your love for swimming. Give yourself permission to pause, reset, and embrace the transformative power of mindful swimming. You deserve it.

“Would thoroughly recommend this! Have just finished the Mindful Swimming course with Lauren and it was amazing. Really improved my swimming technique and my relationship with swimming- and life! Lauren is an awesome teacher with a lovely presence too. Have a taste and see what you think!”

“Lauren is the best swimming instructor I have ever had.. For an adult like me who couldn't swim at all, she showed great patience and brilliantly explained the swimming techniques. She's professional and knowledgeable in swimming drills which she adjusts very well to a swimmer capabilities. Personally, she is behind my successful in 750 meters swim in sprint triathlon and 3200 meters swim serpentine as part of London Classics Medal.. and I swam these events within 10 months since my first swimming classes with Her! Thank you Lauren!”

“I just want to say thank you for the lessons- they have been so worthwhile and I am so pleased with my swimming now. I go 4-5 times a week and do alternate lengths of breastroke and front crawl (breathing both sides) and actually do enjoy it. It’s been so much better each week and I am so pleased with myself! I used to hate swimming with a passion and it’s all changed now. I should have had lessons years ago”
