Learn Mindful Swimming through The EazeFlo Method
Calm your Mind. Move your Body. Transform your Relationship with Water.
Welcome to Mindful Swimming, an 8-week experience designed by Lauren Valcin to help adults feel calmer, more confident and deeply connected in the water through The EazeFlo Method.
The EazeFlo Method combines mindful movement, breath awareness and gentle swimming technique to help you move through the water with less struggle and more flow. Rather than forcing the body to swim harder, we learn how to soften, align and work with the water instead of against it.
This programme is designed for adults of all abilities, especially those who feel anxious, tense, breathless or disconnected in the pool. Whether you are rebuilding confidence, overcoming fear or simply longing to enjoy swimming again, this is a space where you can step away from the chaos of life and reconnect with yourself in the serenity of the water.
What if the pool could become your place of peace?
A place where you breathe more deeply, move more naturally and feel fully present.
This is more than a swimming lesson. It is an invitation to transform how you feel in the water and within yourself.
Join us for an 8-week journey designed to help you feel calmer, lighter and more effortless in the water through The EazeFlo Method.
-

Foundations of The EazeFlo Method
You will learn essential breathing techniques and basic swimming skills while becoming acquainted with the concept of mindfulness in the water. These sessions are designed to help you feel comfortable and safe, addressing any fears or confidence issues.
-

Developing Comfort and Confidence
We introduce mindful exercises that enhance your awareness of body movements and breathing patterns. By focusing on these elements, you will start to feel more at ease, allowing your body to move fluidly and naturally.
-

Achieving Flow State
You’ll practice techniques that enable your arms and legs to move automatically, driven by the rhythm of your breath. This state of effortless movement and mental stillness is the essence of mindful swimming.
-

Entering ZEN Mode
This is a state of pure relaxation and mindfulness, where you feel completely at one with the water. You’ll learn how to quiet your mind, allowing yourself to glide through the water with ease, experiencing a profound sense of calm and clarity.

What makes this course different is that it focuses on your mindset before technique, and for me that was a real breakthrough. Of course, I still had moments of fear and hesitation, but Lauren was exceptional at helping me reframe both my thinking and the activities in a way that worked for me personally. Her calm delivery, patience, and reassuring manner made such a difference throughout the course- Diane

The mindful swimming has been a fantastic experience. I'm much more confident in the water with my breathing technique, my front crawl and breast stroke has improved, and I'm now swimming more effectively- Karen

The mindful approach to learning how to be at peace in the water and in life generally has been so calming and effective. I'd really recommend taking part in a mindful Swimming Program with Lauren, for me it has been fantastic! Steph, the lifeguard during the 8-weeks has also been very encouraging and supportive. All in all this has been a really positive experience- Karen
